In the spirit of adventure and trying new things today I am roasting a butternut squash for the first time in my life. I've no idea what will happen or if the instrucion I found on google will work. It's also been on my Mental list of things to do for some time. I hope it tastes ok or it's been a bit of a waste of time!

Firstly the obligitory 'happy number at end of year changing' message that it's customary to say around this time. In the spirit of looking forward to the new year I'm going to blog some of the things that happened in the past few months. In november i was down in Bristol to appear on the channel five game show 'In The Grid' hosted by game show god Les Dennis. I'm not going to tell the result of this as that would take away all teh fun of watching but for those that are interested I will be on Contestants row from Monday 15th of Jan and will be selcted to play the game on Thursday 1st February.
